Born in Austria during the aftermath of World War II, Walter’s childhood unfolded under French occupation. Despite the challenges of the time, he enjoyed a wholesome upbringing that laid the foundation for his future endeavors.
At the age of 24, Walter arrived in America, armed with an H-3 visa and an unwavering ambition to forge a prosperous future. Fate intervened when he met his first wife, prompting him to return to Germany to pursue a Master’s Degree. After completing his studies, Walter’s heart beckoned him back to America, where he would soon discover his true entrepreneurial calling.
Eager to secure a prosperous future, Walter ventured into the realm of real estate in the late 1970s. Demonstrating his astute business instincts, he seized opportunities to acquire properties with no money down while ensuring a steady cash flow. Building on his successes, he soon turned his attention to the laundromat industry, strategically purchasing 17 establishments in a single county to establish a monopoly. However, the absence of incorporation and the volatility of variable interest rates cast a shadow over his endeavors.

Bill Stocker is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business, marketing, and real estate. Born and raised in Southern California and Southern Nevada, Bill’s passion for entrepreneurship and his knack for navigating the business world have been evident throughout his life.
After attending college in Southern California, where he majored in Marketing and Business Management, Bill embarked on a successful career journey. He spent a decade in the technology sector, working as a Web Development Manager at Data Broadcasting Corporation and CBS Sportsline, honing his skills in web technologies and management.
In 2003, Bill’s career took an exciting turn when he discovered his passion for real estate. He joined a prominent real estate company in Phoenix, Arizona as an Information Technologies Manager, where he fell in love with the industry. This newfound passion led him to transition into real estate sales, becoming a leading real estate agent in southern Nevada. Bill’s dedication and expertise earned him numerous multi-million dollar awards from reputable brokerages, including the prestigious RE/MAX.
With a keen eye for business opportunities, Bill also recognized the importance of providing top-notch property management services. Consequently, he built a property management business that quickly gained recognition for its excellence. Through a relentless focus on referral business and a commitment to exceptional service, Bill’s property management venture flourished.
Currently, Bill Stocker serves as the Operations & Marketing Manager for BizAccountants, a position that perfectly combines his expertise in operations and his marketing acumen. In this role, he plays a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes. Moreover, Bill utilizes his marketing skills to develop and implement effective strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
